The pod is one dose of 7 gr. of coffee ground, compressed and conteined between two thinest layers of filtering wafer.
|
|
The manufacture takes place in protective atmosphere (air is replaced with azote, that being a natural preserver, included also in the air, is innocuous for health).
|

Opening the wrapper that conteins the pod, immediately all aroma of coffee just ground comes out.
|
|
The moments of the production are constantly followed by technicians, who always take care the grinding, compression and the consequent volume of the pod, so that it is possible, after to get the best extraction.

Clearly, the previous drawflate of production (purchase of crude coffee, roasting, study and composition of the blendes) has been rigorously examineted by BRAVI CAFFE' and all this has origin from twenty years of experience of ETTORE and FRANCESCO CIRAVEGNA brothers, in the very selective coffee world for 'BAR', even of seventy years for the family CIRAVEGNA in the crude coffee world (ALDO and GIOVANNI).

To prepare the 'Espresso' with pods, it's neccessary a special machine, and is impossible to use some other type of machine.
|
|
BRAVICIALDE.COM give to the end consumer - client, or in free use or in purchase, the machine. In any case the technical service is given directly, because the firm has own of workshop and own staff. In any case for the period where the machine must be repaired, it will be given an other-one in replacement.

The machine can be given or in purchase or in free use. The purchase costs € 200,00 discount 10%=180,00 , and don't involve any engagement for consuption of pods. The machine is furnished with steam nozzle warm wather, for cappuccino, tea, camomile etc.
